With a dream career that has allowed Jordan to jet set the world and make a big (PR) impact along the way, she’s been fortunate to work with some of the most iconic hotels and hospitality groups – and the incredible people behind them – to create and execute strategic, innovative and yes, sometimes viral PR campaigns. Whether it was managing high-profile hotel openings, orchestrating innovative partnerships, or executing brand defining campaigns, she’s been there, done that, and loved every minute of it. 

With a formidable combination of roles at global powerhouse hospitality PR agencies and in-house oversight of Hyatt Hotels & Resorts’ luxury and lifestyle portfolio, Jordan has a profound understanding of what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to hospitality PR. 

Through her combined agency and in-house experience, she recognized that there was a big opportunity to bring a new, flexible PR model to hotels that either can’t afford a full-service PR agency or are looking for something different.
